- In-stock items leave our Swiss studio within 1–3 business days after your Bitcoin payment hits the blockchain.  
- Made-to-order jewelry or pre-order bags need 5–7 business days; the exact window is printed on each product page.  

### 2. Free Worldwide Shipping  
Every order, every destination, every time—shipping costs **zero**. No minimum cart, no surprise fees at checkout.  

### 3. How Fast It Reaches You  
- **Switzerland & Liechtenstein**: Swiss Post Priority, 1–2 business days.  
- **European Union & United Kingdom**: DHL Express, 2–4 business days.  
- **USA & Canada**: FedEx International, 2–5 business days.  
- **Asia-Pacific**: FedEx or DHL, 3–6 business days.  
- **Rest of the world**: DHL, 4–8 business days.  

All times are business days and do not include any delay your country’s customs office may add.
