A legal disclaimer

1. What we collect
- Shipping name, address, e-mail and phone number (strictly to deliver your order and send tracking).
- Bitcoin transaction hash & wallet address (payment confirmation only).
- Voluntary data you type in “Order notes” or support chat.

2. What we NEVER collect
- Credit-card numbers, bank log-ins, or national IDs.
- Cookies that follow you after you leave.
- Third-party advertising pixels.

3. How we use it
- Fulfill and ship your parcel.
- Send service e-mails: order confirmation, tracking link, delivery reminder.
- Detect fraud or blockchain double-spend attempts.
That’s it—no marketing list, no “personalised offers,” no data sold or rented.

4. Where it lives
- Encrypted database on servers in Switzerland (host subject to Swiss Federal Data Protection Act).
- Offline cold-storage backup updated nightly, air-gapped from the web.

5. How long we keep it
- 30 days after delivery your phone number is wiped.
- 90 days after delivery your address is anonymised (retained only for tax record hashing).
- Transaction hashes are kept indefinitely on the public Bitcoin ledger; we keep our own copy for 7 years to satisfy global tax rules, then delete.

6. Your rights
- Request a copy of everything we hold about you—e-mail support@philipjoon-woon.store and we’ll send it within 48 h.
- Request deletion unless we’re legally required to keep it (e.g., tax).
- Opt out of any future e-mails by replying “STOP”; you’ll never hear from us again except blockchain-verified refund info.

7. Third parties
- Courier (DHL, FedEx, national post) receives only the label data needed to deliver.
- No Google Analytics, no Facebook pixel, no TikTok tracking—zero ad-tech.
- If we ever change couriers, we re-sign strict GDPR-style data-processing agreements.

8. Security
- Site served over TLS 1.3, HSTS pre-loaded.
- Bitcoin payments processed through BTCPay Server on our own node—no external payment processor sees your data.
- Server access protected by hardware security keys; code deploys require two-person approval.

9. Minors
- Store is intended for shoppers 18+. If we learn someone younger has placed an order we will cancel and refund immediately.

10. Changes to this policy
- Any material change will be posted here with a new “Effective” date and a bold highlight in the blog. Continued use of the store after the change = acceptance.
