REFUND POLICY

**Refund Policy**  
Philip Joon-woon Store  
Effective: 27 December 2025  

1. **Eligibility Window**  
   - Email us at support@philipjoon-woon.store within **24 hours of delivery** to request a refund.  
   - The parcel must be posted back to us **within 48 hours of delivery** (courier scan timestamp counts).  

2. **Return Condition**  
   - All original packaging—outer carton, dust-bag, jewelry pouch, tags, inserts—must be included and undamaged.  
   - Item must be unworn, unwashed, fragrance-free, with zero creases or marks.  
   - Include the printed return form we email you; no form = delayed processing.  

3. **Non-Returnables**  
   - Earrings (hygiene), custom-engraved jewelry, and sale items marked “Final.”  

4. **Shipping the Return**  
   - Use any trackable service; you pay the return postage.  
   - Address: Returns, we will send you a returning address.  

5. **Refund Method**  
   - Once we receive and inspect the package (usually within 2 business days) we issue a full refund in Bitcoin to the wallet address you originally paid from.  

6. **Late Returns**  
   - Packages scanned after the 48-hour window are refused at our door and returned to sender at your cost.  

7. **Damaged in Transit**  
   - If the item arrives faulty or the courier damaged it, photograph the box and contents immediately, refuse delivery if possible, and contact us within 24 hours—we handle the claim and still honor the refund window above.
