**Terms & Conditions**

1. **Who We Are**  
“Philip Joon-woon Store” is a sole-trader fashion boutique operated by Philip Joon-woon, Seestrasse 123, 8800 Thalwil, Switzerland. These Terms govern every visit, purchase and return you make at philipjoon-woon.store.

2. **Acceptance**  
By browsing, creating an account, or paying with Bitcoin you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please leave the site.

3. **Eligibility to Buy**  
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to form a contract. We refuse orders from persons we reasonably believe are resellers, drop-shippers or engaged in fraud.

4. **Product Descriptions & Imagery**  
We photograph every item in natural light and list exact fibre content, dimensions and country of origin. Minor colour variations due to monitor settings are not considered a defect.

5. **Price & Payment**  
- Prices are shown in Bitcoin (sats) and fixed at the moment you click “Place Order.”  
- We accept Bitcoin only; no fiat, no stable-coins, no exceptions.  
- Your order is confirmed once the transaction reaches 1 confirmation on the BTC network. Until then items remain available to other shoppers.

6. **Shipping & Risk**  
See separate Shipping Policy (also part of these Terms). Title and risk pass to you when the courier marks the parcel “Delivered.”

7. **Returns & Refunds**  
governed exclusively by the Refund Policy published on site. Late or incomplete returns are refused.

8. **Intellectual Property**  
All photos, text, logos and site code are © Philip Joon-woon 2025. You may share links and screenshots for personal, non-commercial use only. Any commercial use, derivative work or resale of content is prohibited.

9. **Limitation of Liability**  
Our maximum liability for any claim arising from a purchase is the price you paid for that specific item. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or disappointment. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. **Indemnity**  
You agree to indemnify us against any claim brought by a third party resulting from your breach of these Terms or from content you post in reviews or comments.

11. **Privacy**  
Handled under the separate Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

12. **Amendments**  
We may revise these Terms at any time. The version in force when you paid governs your order; material changes will be highlighted on site for 30 days.

13. **Governing Law & Dispute Resolution**  
Swiss law applies. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Zürich, Switzerland. Small-claims matters (under CHF 5 000) may be resolved by binding e-mail arbitration: both sides e-mail evidence to arbitrator@philipjoon-woon.store within 14 days; decision final.

14. **Severability**  
If any clause is found unenforceable, the remainder stay in force.
